2. Acceptance of These Terms
2.1 By accessing our website, purchasing a product, downloading a resource or creating a teacher account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
2.3 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
3. Our Products
3.1 Bloom Curriculum provides educational resources and activity materials in digital format.
3.2 Products may include:
- Parent resources;
- Family activity packs;
- Teacher resources;
- Lesson plans;
- Worksheets;
- Educational downloads; and
- Other digital educational materials.
3.3 All products are supplied electronically unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.4 Bloom Curriculum does not currently provide printed or physical products.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
4.2 Payment must be received in full before access to any digital product is provided.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- pricing errors have occurred;
- fraudulent activity is suspected; or
- we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
4.4 If we cancel an order before access has been provided, any payment received will be refunded in full.
5. Digital Downloads
5.1 Products are delivered electronically by download, email access or account access.
5.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- your device is capable of opening the downloaded files;
- your email address is entered correctly;
- your internet connection is sufficient to download the product.
5.3 We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your device, software, internet connection or email provider.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally unavailable once a product has been downloaded, accessed or used.
6.2 Refund requests may be considered where:
- a product has not yet been downloaded or accessed; or
- we are legally required to provide a refund.
6.3 By downloading or accessing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may be lost once access begins.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Family Licence
7.1 Parent and family products, including the Summer Fun Pack, are supplied under a Family Licence.
7.2 A Family Licence permits:
- use by the purchaser;
- use by children living within the purchaser’s household;
- printing for personal family use.
7.3 A Family Licence does not permit:
- sharing with friends;
- sharing with extended family;
- sharing with schools, nurseries or childcare providers;
- sharing with clubs, organisations or community groups;
- uploading files to websites or social media;
- redistribution in any format;
- resale or commercial use.
7.4 Family Licences are non-transferable.
8. Single Teacher Licence
8.1 Teacher resources are supplied under a Single Teacher Licence unless otherwise stated.
8.2 A Single Teacher Licence grants a non-transferable licence to the individual purchaser.
8.3 The licence permits:
- use by the purchasing teacher;
- use with pupils personally taught by that teacher;
- printing resources for those pupils;
- adapting resources for classroom use.
8.4 The licence does not permit:
- sharing resources with colleagues;
- sharing downloads with other teachers;
- uploading resources to shared staff drives;
- uploading resources to school-wide systems;
- uploading resources to trust-wide or MAT-wide systems;
- redistribution within or outside a school;
- transferring the licence to another person.
8.5 Schools wishing to provide access for multiple teachers must purchase the appropriate number of licences.
9. Teacher Accounts
9.1 Certain products may require the creation of an account.
9.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
9.3 Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
9.4 You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
9.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All resources, downloads, materials, graphics, branding, content and intellectual property remain the property of Bloom Curriculum Ltd.
10.2 Purchasing a product grants a licence to use the resource in accordance with these Terms. Ownership is not transferred.
10.3 You must not:
- copy products for others;
- redistribute products;
- resell products;
- publish products online;
- remove copyright notices;
- claim ownership of Bloom Curriculum materials.
10.4 Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
11. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
11.1 Bloom Curriculum resources must not be:
- uploaded to artificial intelligence platforms;
- used to train machine learning models;
- used to train generative AI systems;
- used to fine-tune AI systems;
- included in datasets for AI development;
- used to create competing educational products through AI tools.
11.2 Any use of Bloom Curriculum materials for AI-related purposes requires our prior written consent.
12. Acceptable Use
12.1 You agree not to:
- use our website unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- interfere with the operation of our website;
- engage in fraudulent activity.
12.2 We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.
12.3 Resource and Licence Use
You agree not to:
- share purchased resources with any other person unless expressly permitted by the licence granted for that product;
- distribute, forward, email or otherwise provide resources to third parties;
- upload resources to shared drives, cloud storage systems, websites or file-sharing platforms;
- make resources publicly available online;
- share download links with others;
- permit another person to access resources purchased under your licence;
- share teacher account login details;
- reproduce resources for the use of individuals not covered by the applicable licence;
- use Bloom Curriculum resources in a way that exceeds the scope of the licence purchased.
12.4 Excessive Downloads
- Bloom Curriculum reserves the right to investigate unusual or excessive download activity which may indicate unauthorised sharing, redistribution or misuse of resources.
- Where we reasonably believe that resources are being shared, redistributed or accessed in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend access to downloads, disable user accounts and/or terminate licences without refund.
13. Third-Party Links
13.1 Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
13.2 We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites.
14. Product Updates
14.1 We may revise, update or improve products at any time.
14.2 Unless expressly stated, purchase of a product does not entitle customers to future versions, updates or revised editions.
14.3 We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.
15. Disclaimer
