Refunds for Digital Products

At Bloom Curriculum, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you experience any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Because our products are supplied as digital downloads, different refund rules apply than for physical goods.

We encourage customers to read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets their needs.

Before Download or Access

If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded, accessed or used it, you may be eligible for a refund.

After Download or Access

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed or used, refunds are generally not available.

By downloading or accessing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If:

  • you receive the wrong product;
  • a file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
  • a product is missing significant content; or
  • there is another technical issue preventing reasonable use of the product,

please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • provide a replacement file;
  • provide access to the correct product; or
  • issue a refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where we can verify a duplicate purchase, we may issue a refund for the duplicate order.
